I’m aware that it is not currently possible to pause a mobile data package with Afrihost. In the FAQs, an alternative option to downgrade the package to prepaid is given. May someone please explain how this works in terms of how billing would change?
I will be out of the country for about 2.5 months, so I feel this may be the best option to take. Will I continue being debited at the beginning of each month I’m away, or will the system detect my non-usage and not debit me at all? I do intend to return to the month to month upon my return.
