Why wasn't the router backlog mentioned when signing up for the LTE contract?

Why didn't you guys mention that the router is on backlog when I was signing up for a contract?

If you go to MWEBs website they specially say that the router is unavailable. Hence me taking out the contract with you.

Can I cancel this contract?

Afrihost should be able to let you cancel the service please just phone them and double check with the sales department.

Good question. Happened to me as well. Who does that? Why take the money first then announce you have no stock? Worst part is tat no one can confirm when stock will arrive. We just have to sit and wait.... stuck... Not acceptable. Bad first impression.
