My sim not RICA'd after sim swop

I have a prepaid number and sim which was RICA'd and on Afrihost's service. I lost this sim and requested a sim swop via Client Zone on this existing number. I paid R149 on 15 Nivember 2017 and the sim was delivered a coiple days later. I gave the RICA documents to the courier. I then inserted the sim in the phone, recieved a new number from MTN network and switched the phone  off. I switched the ohone back on and then NOTHING. I was supposed to get the simswap prompt from the network but I did not. I phoned 141 from the phone and got a message that my sim was RICA barred.

I have phoned AFRIHOST, requested callback, sent email tickes and used facebook messenger to no avail. All the agents I speak to say they will sort it out or call back. None of the agents seem to know what the other agents have been doing or tried to do. They keep asking useless stupid questions which they should be able to retrieve from the system.

Fact of the matter is this: It is 10 December, almost a month after I paid my R149 and I still have no working sim and I am still without a solution. My opinion is that there is a major problem with Afrihosts Client Service program. No one knows what the other one is doing and the problem does not get addressed. Telkom is the only other company which has such a bad client service.

What more shoukd I do to get a working sim?
