why am i charged R999 when I made canncelation?

I ordered my double data in the end of November, then received my first email said my route is on backorder, then i wait for a week, got a SMS said i have to wait another week, i don't want want to waste my time, so decide to canncel my order, and now they charge me R999 for cancallation fee?and there is no notification when make canncellation. I send a email to account, they said will responed me in 24 hours, but no reponse since then...i got no services but need to R999?! that would be absolutely unacceptable

I have also been billed for R999 which has been debited from my account already. The online support person that I spoke to said that it does not show on their system that I was charged that amount for cancellation fee. However, it shows very clearly, with an Afrihost reference number, that the money has been taken out of my FNB check account.
