I would to find out on why my debt order was not taken from my account as i was not in SA. I only seen this, this morning when i wanted to use the wifi can someone please be so kind to help email me asap

Apologies for the debit order not going through, to settle your account please follow the steps below:

The payment methods we offer are either Credit card or Debit order.

Unfortunately, Afrihost do not accept EFT as a method of payment.

 

To settle your account, please follow these steps:

Login to ClientZone (https://clientzone.afrihost.com)

Select:

>> Billing

>> Make an account payment

>> Choose the payment option you would prefer
