What happened to your rock solid network?

If your network is rock solid you say it is... Why we as client's suffered slow or no connectivity in November 2014.

I'm sorry you feel this way. We definitely had the same solid network over that time. However changes on the Telkom network had many clients experiencing DSL outages and also drops in speeds due to a new system used by Telkom which now automatically changes the line sync profile based on the distance from the exchange and the quality of the copper cabling in your area.

From our network perspective, we've been constantly upgrading our network to ensure that we keep up with demand and also to ensure that we make every effort to give our clients the every best experience possible at all times.
