Disgusting sync rates

Why is it that my sync rate at 0 is even though I had all my cables replaced by Telkom?

after the replacing of the cables everything was running smoothly

In the same week my sync speed just dropped, I called and was told that my problem would addressed but nobody has done anything about it. I can't even recreate my own port this is really bad

The problem could still be with the quality of the line or your router not being able to read the line sync stats. The might be getting that information from the exchange. Try logging into your router to see if your settings are still the same. Send us your account details to answers@afrihost.com so that we can check and see if the results are the same.
