How long does it take to get an answer about a query?

Your query relates to receiving Double Data on a product which already received Double Data. Unfortunately this is not possible and you can only receive Double the monthly data product you pay for (and not four times as you may have expected).

You can however choose any other Capped DSL product which does not receive Double Data (and is eligible) or any Mobile Data product.

You know, you guys should include that in the finer print. Make me feel like I'm the stupid 1 here. This is the 3rd time I feel like I'm ripped off by Afrihost. :( :( :(
