Why am I still getting billed after cancellation in November?

To whom it may concern 

 

My name is Kevin Coetzee and had a 2mb uncapped account with Afrihost. I cancelled the line end of November. (043-748-xxxx) [number removed for privacy reasons] -AfriManI am still being billed by afrihost R297 (2015.02.03) 

Please assist in me not paying for something i dont want anymore.

Hi Kevin

Sorry about that. Kindly note that all cancellation should be submitted through ClientZone. I have had a look at your account and could see that you only cancelled the line and not the data. Please log into client zone and go to "Connectivity" and youb will see that you have active package.
