Pending Order on my line.

I signed up my line with you more than 2 weeks agao. Nothing has happened thus far. No update from Afrihost or anything. I called the call centre and they told that there's a pending order on my line. Please explain what is actually happening to my line and when it will be transfered to Afrihst. I cannot wait any longer. I have told Telkom to cancel all order running on my line, even the line upgrade that i had requested from and they assured me that they have cancelled the all the orders.

Hi Gouws

If you have already requested Telkom to close any pending order and it is not yet done it could be that thier system has not updated to what they have told you before. Sometimes it takes a month for the order to be removed from thier system. Also make sure that you don't have any data products with Telkom as this is one of the reason that will stop us from migratig the line to us. A migration can take up to 14 working days. This is dependant on the work load in your area.
