How do I update my services?

WHO DO I GO INTO MY WEB TO CHANGE DATA.    MY SON DONE IT FOR ME BUT NOW I DONT NOW TO MAINTAIN IT.

Hi Brenda

To manage your data account, kindly log into Client Zone and follow the below steps

  1.  Click on Connectivity
  2. Select the data package that you want to change the data plan for.
  3. The data package will have its own menu which are shown below:
        
        3.1. ADSL Data package:

                - Access Details
                - Data TopUps
                - Notifications
                - Manage Emails
                - Services
                - Edit package

        3.2. DSL lines:

                - Test My Line
                - Get Support
                - Troubleshooter
                - Change Package
                - My Bundle
                - Cancel Service

Please note that DSL Uncapped accounts will not have Data TopUps, instead you will see Turbo Charge and Business uncapped will not have any of the two options. With Mobile Data you will not see Services but Protection Plan.
