No Ports!!! Really?

Apperently there are no ports available for me to sign up with you. Is the a chance that you could request a new ADSL sign up for me from Telkom and i will get ADSL for you? I'm sure that you can sort out something for me :)

Unfortunately we use the Telkom exchange infrastructure as Telkom (which belongs to them) so it's very unlikely that we would be able to do so. However, if there are any cancellations or availabilities, we can do our best to get your line installed or petition Telkom to service available via another exchange if that is feasible.

It can't hurt to give us a try, we won't bill you for any service until we able to get a line installed for you.
