Do I have to pay for my WiFi data even if I'm not using it?

Our data is provided from month to month, so you will need to pay for it whether you have used it all up or not. However, you can pause your account in ClientZone (for data only) for up to six months at a time if there are periods when you may not need all your data. While your monthly allocation and billing are temporarily suspended, you will still be able to make use of topups if you find you do need a gig or two here and there.
