Why do I not get a answer from the accounts department.

I have sent 3 emails to the accounts department and have had no reply for the past 4 days.

I am truly sorry about that. We do our best to reply to emails sent as quickly as possible, but at the beginning of each month, just after our billing run, our accounts team receive several thousand qeuries and requests for information within a very short space of time.
