We are looking to be moving our 2 DSL lines to Afrihost. However, looking at a previous question in these forums, I noted the following;
"the Afrihost account holder should be the same person as the Telkom account holder"
This is a problem to us as the Telkom account holder is no longer with the company and we are in the process of changing this, however, it requires statements from our UK based parent company which is likely to take a few weeks yet, at least.
What can we do to effect the change?
