Getting a 4mb line installed!

+3 votes
Hey guys!

So basically I just want to ask if I'm looking at this in the correct way?

If I'm planning on having your 4mb adsl package installed, I will have to get the 4mb line installed, also, I will have to get a modem. Sounds pretty logical.

So this will give me a semi-shaped 4mb adsl line for use in my home.

So basically I will be paying R397 for the adsl package, and R279 for the line,  and a once-off R995 for the modem.

So for the first month I will be paying R1671 for the adsl + line + modem, and after that R676 per month for my adsl + line.

Does this sound correct to everyone? First time installing a line on my own with Afrihost, so just looking for some affirmation.

Sounds like your maths is working for you. Just remember that you can also bundle your DSL data and line and be billed a single amount of R597 monthly (this will not apply in your signup month though as both products are charged on a pro-rata rate.

Make sure you sign up for the bundle or bundle your line and data in ClientZone ASAP so that you start enjoying the benefits of the bundle discount as soon as possible.
