Yes, if the ADSL line is confirmed to be active, you should be able to connect immediately.
If you do have problems connecting, you can check whether the DSL data account has been activated in ClientZone (sometimes the data is not made active until the line is activated to avoid unneccesary billing). You can also check that the line has been verified. When we apply for Telkom lines they should not require verification but this is sometimes an oversight when Telkom install the line.
