Where is my router???

I ordered my router on the 10th of October, I have not heard a single damn word from you guys. After spending hours holding on the phone because apparently your call centre is always experiencing an influx of calls, I finally found out that the router that I had ordered is out of stock.

Now I have 2 questions:

1 - Why not inform me when I order the router that it is out of stock and there is a waiting period into infinity

2 - Why not just send me an email or give me a call to discuss other options.

WHY MUST I PICK UP MY PHONE AND CALL YOU TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON - THE LAST TIME I CHECKED I WOULD BE THE ONE PAYING THE BILL FOR SERVICE AND NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEFINITELY ON TOP OF YOUR LIST OF PRIORITIES.

It is appauling. All of the awards on your nice little website should be taken off, and replaced with complaints so that people can see what they getting themselves into.

What other options do I have???????????????????????????????

I do sincerely apologise for the service you have experienced and understand your frustration in this regard.

Our suppliers have communicated with us that they’re facing a shortage of stock of the Huawei B618 Router and the indicated lead time for the new stock to arrive is around 8 weeks.

As we try to find a suitable solution to get you connected soonest, we contemplate one of the options below:

We make no changes to your existing order and we ship a unit to you as soon as stock arrives.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any concrete commitments at this time as we’re waiting for new stock.

 

If you have a compatible device, you may consider ordering a SIM only service while you wait for new stock of the Huawei B618 Router.

We’ve taken the liberty of listing the current known compatible devices.
