Loadshedding is super frustrating, I'll agree with you on that one! It also doesn't play nice with technology though, it's just like your home PC turning on and off, but at the mains.
While Telkom do have some form of backup power when there are power outages, it can take some time (especially if loadshedding is longer than usual and the areas ADSL infrastructure is essentially turned off) to come back up again. This mostly results in port errors on the line. If the line is with us, you can have this reset via tools in the ClientZone.
