Trying to set up a mail account on an Android tablet

Outgoing mail works, incoming not.

Fields to complete

Username - e-mail name before @, or is the entire e-mail address?

Password - as is,

IMAP server -,

Security - SSL? not sure

IMAP path prefix - ? shown as optional

The exact settings for your mail account will be available via ClientZone, you can access this by browsing:

ClientZone > Hosting >  Your hosting package > Manage Email > settings. Alternatively, you can login to ClientZone and replace yourdomain with your domain name on the link

The settings should look something like this:

Password:The accounts password
Incoming Server: mail.domainname.tld
IMAP: Port 143
POP3: Port 110
Outgoing Server: mail.domainname.tld
SMTP: Port 25/587
Webmail: webmail.domainname.tld / mail.domainname.tld/webmail

Mail settings below are when SSL is enabled for mails.

Password:The accounts password
Incoming Server:
IMAP: Port 993
POP3: Port 995
Outgoing Server:
SMTP: Port 465
Webmail: webmail.domainname.tld / mail.domainname.tld/webmail

When accessing mails using webmail on your browser the site with rediect automaticall to https (SSL) for when SSL is enabled and disabled.
