Im facing the exact same issue. Why not communicate upfront that you have no stock BEFORE taking my money?

This is crazy guys. Consumer Act doesnt allow for this. You had no stock several months ago but still taking orders without informing consumers upfront so we can make an informed decision? Someone please contact me as I too have been on hold for days. Worst part you are not indicating when stock will arrive??

I know that they ran out of LTE devices, but they have recieved stock of those.

What device did you order? Perhaps chat to them on Social Media, they respond quick there
