Account disabled?

I registered client zone using a brand new payg sim on the MTN Network but when I tried to buy a calling package it rejected my login. My user email of was disabled and no email has been received for "forgotten password", not even in spam folder. Please help me to resolve this.

I suggest you call or mail Afrihost direct.
