I'm sorry that you're having this terrible experience. I can honestly say that this is very unlikely to be due to our change of network and is most likely a coincidence. Most of our clients have reported much better speeds and latency, and the additional value we've been able to offer in the way of Mobile Data and other promotions have definitely gone a long way to show our clients that every move we make is with them at heart.
Continous resetting of your router is usually an indicator that there is a problem with the DSL modem, or possible the DSL line/exchange. I would encourage you to report this to us (via our support channels or by email to email@example.com) so that we can help you find the actual cause of this poor experience.
