Need to register a domain and set up email adresses, can you help?

I have recently joined a company that is technically challenged. I would like to register a domain for them.

Then set up proper email adresses for them. They currently use gmail.

If you register and host a domain for me, do you have the facility where by using a cpanel I will be able to create and manage our own email adresses.
