"insufficient airtime" message wrongly

I have mobile with Afrihost.  

Yesterday and today I got the message "insufficient airtime" when trying to make a call.  This whilst i do have lots of airtime.  I have send screenshots to callcentre

The call centre does not seem to know how to fix this.  If this is a common problem the mobile service obviously won't work for me.

You can check your mobile data usage and airtime balance in Client Zone

  • Log in to: http://www.clientzone.afrihost.com
  • Select “mobile” to see airtime, data balance and usage
  • Then on the right hand side select the product you wish to view
  • Then select "bundel & airtime" or "usage and history"
