When will Afrihost add the 'Close Ticket' or 'Mark as Resolved' option to all tickets? Some tickets in the ClientZone have the option but only when you first open the ticket. After that the only option available would be to 'Reply to thread'. Sometimes i have multiple tickets open for different reasons and when they pile up, they become hard to follow/manage. Closing them when something's been resolved would be nice rather than waiting for Afrihost Consultants or 'System' to auto close the ticket after weeks/months.
