Assigning Technical Contact(s) in ClientZone

Will Afrihost be able to create or enable a feature in ClientZone 2.0 that allows for users to assign Technical Contacts to their accounts? I have multiple clients on Afrihost and i usually have to open tickets under their accounts so as to be assisted faster and responses go to the client's details and i'll have to wait to for client to forward the responses from their emails or have to keep checking for a response on ClientZone. If i'm not mistaken, the first version of ClientZone had this feature (Don't remember; Could be another SP).

We do have that feature still but only for Hosting products. If you want one for your connectivity products we can add for you from our end once we receive the information from the primary email address registered for the account. To create Billing or Technical contacts for your hosting products kindly follow the below steps:

  1. Log into Client Zone
  2. Click on Hosting
  3. Select the domain you want to create the Technical/Billing contact or both for.
  4. Click on Hosting Settings
  5. Select Domain Contact
  6. Fill the one or both forms and click on update.

And thats about it. You can have a Technical and Biling contact for every domain you host. They can also be different, it does not have to be different.

Will you chat to dev and ask them if they could include technical & billing contacts for connectivity packages as well. I support other clients on connectivity issues and router setups which the client's themselves have no idea about. It would help to extend the contact assigning functionality to connectivity packages and other 'possible' services.
