Wrong Agreement

I ordered a 25  + 25 Special in November. I got my Router December 21st.  Now I only have 25 (single) agreement.  How can I fix this.  The vehicle delivering my Router was hijacked so they had to generate a new order in December.  Who can help me to fix this..I have tried countless times to get this corrected.    Apparently it is the company Internet Solutions that is at fault.   Afrihose only sells on their service  so they have to fix it.  I cannot speak to anyone that side either.  I am not sure what to do.  I have e mailed the so called CEO e mail address - no result.   Accounts  No response    Support   No answers  through a few people haev tried to assist.  I would like a telephone number of one of the managers who can assist. 081XXXXXXX
