How much quicker will my response from Afrihost be if I start using social media to spread their bad support service?

Live chat does not work, the Call back service is unavailable and still I get no response to my Support request.

I think if I start to make use of social media maybe I will get a response before the heat is turned up more.

Not much.  Try calling them - I usually hold no longer than 3minutes and they are usually helpfull.
