All you need to do is to send an email from your primary email address requesting the line transfer to another account with the new billing information so that we can do the transfer and update the system. These types of transfer needs to be done internally. If you would like to transfer the line to someone else at Telkom, it means that we need to migrate the line back to Telkom so that you can do a change of ownership for your account and once that is done we will request the line to be migrated back us [Afrihost]. You will still be able to connect during the time the line is migrating to and from Telkom. The one thing to keep in mind is that Telkom will bill you once the line is with them.
