The bad gateway error message appears when the login details are incorrect.
Your cPanel/FTP details should be sent to you when you sign up the domain.
If this doesn't happen you can send yourself cPanel/FTP details via ClientZone.
Below are the steps to get your cPanel/FTP details:
- Log into ClientZone - http://www.clientzone.afrihost.com
- Click on Hosting
- Select the domain you want the cPanel/FTP details for.
- Click on Hosting Settings
- Click Send Passwords
Your cPanel and FTP details are the same.
An email will be sent to the primary contact of the account with the details.
