See my billing and be able to navigate

Is my account with Rain or Afrihost

I registered with Afrihost but can see nothing

I do not understand what I need to do as I would like to see my billing etc.

Good day Lorette,

All client Rain Products have been migrated over to Afrihost.
This was done towards the end of February 2018.

You should be able to view your billing in the Afrihost Client Zone

I have phoned your support number and no one knows what I am talking about, I have registered  with you guys and was able  get in but not see any billing.... Now I can get nothing and no one can assist I have been on this phone for 30 min already and cannot believe that I cant be assisted.
I am a old customer of iBurst
How many more times are we going to go backwards and forwards via e-mails with no one having the courtesy of a call.
