adding bank details in client zone

What is the point of adding banking details in client zone and having whatsapp number while they are not really help at all i mean whatsapp number if a client asks a question then gets told to email customer care and not provided with a good answer or a solutuion and adding details on client zone that is quiet something else i added and removed my old card and was still billed on the old card and that is after i had to go through the process of verification of my banking which charged a rand and still old account the one i specifically removed not the new one added was billed.How do these work please balance me enlighten me on this please

Good day,

The payment methods, Credit card or Debit order, can be managed in your Client Zone.

On the right you will see the Current Payment method

On the left you can select Add a New Payment Method


To settle your account, please follow these steps:

Login to ClientZone (


>> Billing

>> Make an account payment

>> Choose the payment option you would prefer
