I am about to run out of bundles and I have about 9 office connecting to that package, my problem is that I currently do not have funds to top up and only on Friday I will have funds, can Afrihost help me in this regards as I have been a loyal customer please?... I just want to keep my clients connected just to protect the business.

Thank you for your question.

Unfortunately all connectivity services through Afrihost have to be paid for immediately when they are taken. This is one of our policies that we do have to stick to and due to the fact we work on an automated billing system the services will be charged when the topups are taken.
