Feed Back on Fault Logged on Friday 4th of May

Hi There

I have spoken  to a call agent and was told the fault has been logged with Telkom to my line concerned,

i have not heard any feedback since this was reported on Friday morning at 9am my wife is trying to run

a business at home - please <3

 

No Internet Connectivity

hi there. i did contact someone on the whatsapp chat. fault logged apparently telkom agent of promise and hope will be around later. fingers crossed, thank you for the feedback.
