How do I topup data on a Capped contract?

There are 2 methods of topping up your account, and they are listed below with steps to topup.

  1. ClientZone - Log into ClientZone --> Select Connectivity --> Click on the Capped package you want to topup --> Click on Data Topup --> Select the topup that you want and you are done.
  2. Afrihost Mobile App - Login to the Mobile App with your ClientZone logging details --> Select the Capped package you want to topup --> At the bottom right corner click on Top-up My Account --> Select the topup that you want and you are done.

The Afrihost Mobile app does not need to be connected on the Afrihost network to work. As long as you have internet connection you will  be able to us it to topup or check the amount of data left on your account
