Well now you've (Afrihost) done it i.e. received yet another pathetic email from Customer Support (after my sending no less than three emails describing the problem) with the most inane response.
Maybe I'll get some joy here!!!
For about the last three weeks or so: the speed drops from around 45Mbps to around 3.5Mbps at EXACTLY 6:00pm at night right up until EXACTLY 11:00pm at night. This tells me that between those times the service is being throttled / shaped. This is NOT what I'm paying for i.e. my 330G per month is a capped service and I should NOT be subjected to this. Is this going to be sorted out and when???
And please: do NOT get another Customer Service Representative to send me an email because they're useless and unable to understand the problem and / or couldn't really give a darn (and that's putting it mildly). I now want Management to call and explain exactly what is going on here.
Like every other service provider in this country I guess i.e. start out just fine but it never lasts does it!!! Except this time I'm not accepting this nonsense. As noted in an email to Customer Service (to which I've yet to receive a response): ICASA, Hellopeter, Facebook, (and wherever else I can find) is next.
