If you have run out Data or Airtime, please follow these steps to top up:
Mobile data and airtime top ups can be done in Client Zone.
- Log in to Client Zone
- Click on Connectivity
- On the right hand side select the package that you wish to top up
- Click on Data Top ups or Bundles & Airtime
- Select the amount of airtime, Data or SMS bundles you want, by clicking on the drop down arrow.
- Select the amount you wish to top up your account with and the payment method
- Tick the box to accept "That I will be charged immediately for this topup"
- Then, finally click on Purchase button
This will effectively top up your account. Please note, you may need to reboot your device for the settings to take effect.
