This error generally occurs when more then once device use same IP address, this can be caused by a temporary glitch.
- Turn your router off and turn back on - this should correct itself.
If not then we need to manually remove the IP address in the command prompt.
- Click Start and type cmd, right click cmd and choose run as administrator.
In the black command prompt window, type the following commands
press Enter and let it run through
press Enter and let it run through.
