How do I actually get service withou cancelling my product

I have now logged three tickets for support - nothing. Followed up via WhatsApp channel - was promissed escalation.

Zilchs - nada - nothing - boggerall.

Such an impressed customer with this excellent service.

Now my line is down in totality.....

Great service - so impressed.
