To whitelist IP's on our network you need to send an email address from the primary email address with the IP's that you would like us to whitelist for you. However you can whitelist domains and email address from cPanel. If the IP's that you would like us to whitelist resolve to websites/domains, kindly use the feature in cPanel to white list the domain names. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Please log into ClientZone
  2. Click on Hosting
  3. Select the domain name where the domain names will be whitelisted.
  4. Click on cPanel
  5. Click on Log into cPanel.
  6. Under the mail section click on SpamExperts
  7. You will now be autologged into the spambox where you will be  able to whitelist the domain.
  8. Scroll down, on the bottom right there white and black list.

From there you will be able to white or blacklist domains and/or email addresses.

If you would like to FTP into your domain from a different country either than south Africa, in cPanel under securities, look for FTP Access Control. You will be able to select countries that will get access to your domain via FTP.  For this you don't need to whitelist the IP's.
