How do I cancel an order

You can cancel in ClientZone:

- Log in to ClientZone (
- Select tab under which the product falls. ie: connectivity, hosting, mobile
- Select your product.
- Select Edit Package.
- Click Cancel this Service.

*Please Note
If cancellation is done before the 22nd of the month, cancellation will take effect at the end of that month.
If cancellation is done on or after the 23rd of the month. Your cancellation will only be effective for the end of the following month.
