When your data gets depleted, you will get charged on your airtime, which will be very expensive.
It is advisable to top up your data when it gets depleted.
Mobile data and airtime top ups can be done in Client Zone.
- Log in to Client Zone
- Click on Connectivity
- On the right hand side select the package that you wish to top up
- Click on Data Top ups or Bundles & Airtime
- Select the amount of airtime, Data or SMS bundles you want, by clicking on the drop down arrow.
- Select the amount you wish to top up your account with and the payment method
- Tick the box to accept "That I will be charged immediately for this topup"
- Then, finally click on Purchase button
This will effectively top up your account.
Please note, you may need to reboot your device for the settings to take effect.
