I am relocating ... can I place my account on hold until i have the new location details to reactivate?

Hi there,

 LINE RELOCATION (move from one house to another)
The relocation/move (transfer) of your line can only be managed by Telkom.

In order to relocate your line, please can you follow the link below.

Please fill in the form with the Telkom (Voice) account holder details.
https://secureapp.telkom.co.za/move-line-wholesale/

If you notify us of the intended transfer at least 30 days in advance, Telkom will move your services as close as possible to your required date.

Please provide Telkom with the following details:

Step 1. Account holder details.

Step 2. Provide Telkom with the phone number to be relocated/moved to the new premises.

Step 3. Please provide Telkom with the relocation physical address.

Step 4. (End Date) When would you like the line to be a disconnect at your old premises?
         (Required Date) When you need your ADSL service to be reconnected at your new premises?

Step 5) Please confirm all the details that you have provided.

Step 6) You will be provided with a confirmation reference number for your order.

Once you have reserved the Ref number, Telkom will contact you to confirm the details within 24 hours.

If your telephone number has changed, please log into Client Zone and sign up the new number and request to cancel the old number.
