The Pause option is disabled during the billing run being as from the 25th of the month, therefore account that are set to pause on the 25th will not effect the changes.
The billing will still be submitted to the bank for the coming month,
Accounts can be Paused up to 6 months and this applies for Data packages, as Telkom lines are still billed.
We are not able to Pause the monthly billing for the line as Telkom still bill Afrihost on a monthly basis for the line.
Data will not be allocated for that period the account has been set to Pause,
The activation of the account will be as from the following date according to the last date the account is paused.
E.G. Pause 1 March to 30 July, the billing will commence as the the 31st of July, so clients need to be very careful as per the dates selected.
