How can I check my Data remaining balance for my Cell C Fixed Wireless Internet package?

Good day,

I have recently signed up for the Afrihost Fixed Wireless Internet package on the Cell C platform.

Can you please let me know how I may go about checking the remaining data balance on my new Cell C SIM card without removing it from the Wi-fi router?

Please let me know.

Please note that you can check the remaining balance on client zone via:

>Login >> Connectivity >> Select the package >> You will be able to see how much data remains here.

Should you want to see your session logs, please select the date under the "Account overview" window.

Follow the steps below to view your Fixed Wireless data usage:

  1. Log into ClientZone.
  2. Click on the ‘Connectivity’ tab.
  3. Select your Fixed Wireless data package.
  4. You’ll be able to see how much monthly data you have left on the right hand side.
  5. Any topup data will also show on the right hand side.
