Uncapped DSL Bundle Upgrade Options Pricing

Hi

I currently have a 4Mbps Uncapped DSL Bundle at R617. My invoice does not say if it is a Home or Premium Bundle, though I notice that the price matches the Premium Bundle price on your website. So I need confirmation about whether I currently have Home or Premium. I am interested in upgrading to a faster line, if the price is affordable, and I want to ensure I pick the appropriate option.

If I am currently on 4Mbps Uncapped Home Bundle then I am interested in the following: 8Mbps Uncapped Home Bundle at R599 or 10Mbps Uncapped Home Bundle at R679

If I am currently on the 4Mbps Uncapped Premium Bundle then I am interested in the following: 8Mbps Uncapped Premium Bundle at R717

Can you please confirm that the prices above are correct and that there won't be any extras added to that?

Good Day,

You are able to see what packages you have on ClientZone.

  • Log into ClientZone
  • Go to 'Connectivity' tab
  • All your products are listed there, you will be able to see what packages you have with each product.

You are also able to Upgrade or Downgrade your package on Clientzone.
