My download is 1.08 and im paying for 8. Why is my signal so weak????????

I am paying for 8 and getting 1

Please fix it

Please email to get assistance, your line maybe suffering from noise causing speeds to drop.

Alternatively you can call 011 612 7200 to get assistance from 8am to 7pm. You can also log a call back request and a consultant will call you.
