Firstly, the present account holder will need to cancel the DSL line in his/her ClientZone if the DSL line is managed by us. Please take note that the cancellation period is 30 days. The line must also thereafter be released by us. Once the line is available, you will be able to sign up for the DSL line.
If you want fibre at the new address, please check if there is coverage using our coverage map. If you do have coverage, please sign up and make sure the installation is done and there is connection. That way your connectivity will not be interrupted.
