Your SMTP server is set to go through a specific connection and when that changes your mail cannot find the server.
I will give you steps as to how to resolve this, please follow the steps below:
1. Open your outlook mail client and click on File->Account Settings->then account settings again
2. It will open up a dialogue box which shows your email accounts -> select your e-mail account and click on change just above that
3. You can keep pop3telkomsa.net as your incoming server and use afrihost as the outgoing server.
Remember that the outgoing server is smtp.afrihost.co.za
4. Click on more settings ->click on outgoing server-> then uncheck the first option that says my server requires authentication.
After this close all dialogue boxes and try to send/receive again to see if it works.
